About the Role

ABC Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources Services to lead and transform our HR function. This is a senior leadership role that will oversee the development and execution of innovative HR strategies to foster a high-performing, inclusive, and employee-centric culture.

As the Director of HR Services, you will drive organizational excellence by aligning HR initiatives with our business objectives. You’ll provide leadership across core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that align with company goals.
  • Leading the talent acquisition process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Overseeing employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Managing HR budgets, metrics, and reporting for continuous improvement.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on HR and organizational matters.
  • Driving initiatives to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion.

About You

We’re looking for an inspiring leader with deep HR expertise and a passion for building thriving workplace cultures.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a master’s degree or HR certification is preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in progressive HR leadership roles, including senior management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in organizational development and change management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and integrity.
  • Experience in strategic planning and budget management.
